This is so wrong
Tonight’s blog entry is regarding charges leveled today against thirty-seven-year-old Rafael Vasquez Garcia. The charges stem from a relationship he was having for a year with an 11-year-old girl. It wasn’t until Vasquez Garcia ran off with the girl that the relationship was revealed to authorities.
