Missing and Murdered Children

Valerie is just 4 years old and very bright. She wants to know what happened to her Mommy. She awakens in the night at the home of her foster mother crying because she does not know what happened to her Mommy. Valerie was found wandering the streets of Queens, NY a week ago at 1 a.m. not wearing any shoes, not wearing a sweater. She has told police that her father woke her up, put her in the car and then she got lost.
Interviews with the girl and placing her picture in front of the media allowed law enforcement to determine who her mother is, but they still do not know what happened to the woman. Valerie says she has two “daddies”. Law enforcement has determined that Caesar, the man who Valerie claims took her out of the house in the middle of the night is the boyfriend of Valerie’s mother.

Valerie’s mother’s name is Monica Rivadinerra Lozada, 26 years of age. She is 5’6” tall, weighs 105 lbs and has bleached blonde hair. That is the official description. When Valerie was asked what her mother looked like, her response “she looks like a princess.”
