Missing and Murdered Children

I am in the process of moving so I am not sure when I will be back online. I am at the mercy of Earthlink making the right decisions and NOT taking away my ability to connect to the Internet using dial-up after they close my DSL account.

Two children shared the same unfortunate spotlight in the news over the Fourth of July weekend last year. Evelyn Miller from Floyd, Iowa was reported missing from her home in the early morning hours of July 1st. Six days later Evelyn’s body was found in the Cedar River not far from her home. Not much has happened in solving Evelyn’s murder or determining who is responsible for the heinous act.

Suspicions were cast upon her mother as well as two acquaintances of her mother and the mother’s live-in boyfriend, Casey Fredrickson. A few months after Evelyn’s murder, Casey Frederickson was indicted on unrelated charges for possession of child pornography on his home computer. He is currently awaiting trial on those charges.
