Murdered in Foster Care - Ohio - Marcus Fiesel
I am sickened by yet another story of yet another foster child murdered in foster care. These two poor excuses for Foster Parents, David and Liz Carroll, need to burn in hell along with the rest of them. Read the story here.
I will write an entry later regarding this case. I am getting ready to go out of town for the Labor Day weekend. I hope all who read my blog stay safe during the holiday weekend and hold your kids a bit tighter.

I hope that little marcus rests in heaven with all the angels even the one that he was. I cant believe that people would do this. I just am lost for words. Its beyond me!I am sorry marcus that you wont be able to grow up because these monsters did this to you. I hope that you are better off in heaven than with those people!

these so called foster parents need to rot in hell! i have a three year old autistic son and it just sickens me that any adult could do this to a child…i would love to be in a room alone with these people for five minutes…i love close to where this happend and it just sickens me…child protective services needs to stop just giving these poor children to just anyone

I have been following this case for a bit and see many blogs regarding this case. Several of them have been just horrible to the mother. One poster on another blog called her a fat poor person and another called her a fat pig. It is mortifying that people are focused on the birth mother who managed to keep this child alive when she had him. They don’t seem to put the blame where it should be. The agency never provided this woman with any help. never even ofered it. She was not capable by her own admission to take care of her autistic child and now after finally making a hard choice and letting him go for his best interests people are blaming her for his death? I just do not get it. They say it is her fault if she had been a better mother he would never have gone into care in the first place. Just forgetting that the system who was supposed to protect and care for him better then she could is the system that ultimatly killed him.
So many children are turning up dead. WHY? Why don’t people put the blame where it belongs? How blind can our society be?

Living in Cincinnati, I remember the day well when the TV news reported this child lost. His foster mother said that she passed out and during that time Marcus wandered away. Several hundred people went looking all over the area surrounding the park for this little boy. I myself was ready to search but was about to go traveling so I couldn’t. Later that week when I was in Florida I heard the tragic news that the parents went on a family picnic and put this sweet little boy in a damn closet! Asperger children like Marcus tend to head towards familiar places like into light or towards sound. Her story seemed farfetched and proved to be in the end. I will let the courts determine this case and not pass my judgement on these people. But if found guilty then whatever sentence they are handed is just for their crime.
Marcus rest in peace - your pain and suffering is over - for you are now in God’s Kingdom!

Well, Liz has been found guilty for Marcus’s murder. And I am still so angry how in the world could anyone do such things to a child. Her mother told a reporter that God loved Liz. I hope not and if God does love people like Liz, I look forward to being in Hell. She will never get what she deserves which is to be wrapped in a blanket with tape and put in a play pen in a closet and left to die. I hope that Little Marcus is finally happy because from what I have read and watched on tv, the poor little boy was never treated properly from the time he was born until his death. I pray Liz is killed in prison.

I have watched the whole case unfold since day one, I was one of the local residents searching for 2 days for little Marcus, And in my heart I knew something was wrong. As for an update on the trials and such.
Liz Carroll was found Guilty on all 7 counts. she got 54 years to life in prison, she is not eligible for parole until she is 84 years old
(as to be expected her lawyer is appealing the case)
Dave Carrol pleaded guilty for a plea deal, 16 years to life.
Amy Baker (the live in girlfriend) recieved immunity for talking to the police first. If you ask me I think the police should of held out a little longer before doing this.
I personally feel that Amy had 100 times more to do with this case then anyone will ever know. I really think she was the mastermind behind everything.
Marcus’s new playground which will basically be his memorial since their really is nothing left of the little angel to bury. Is expected to be done at the end of April. It will be competly handicap accessible.
Donna Trivino (the worthless thing call described as a birth mom) Will not be recieving any of the money she tried to sue for. As for the comment above, How can you even begin to try to stand up for this worthless mother. weather she killed him or not she had a hand in it indirectly. Poor little marcus was used all his life for a paycheck and even worse in death the stupid woman is still trying to collect on him. How are you going to try and Sue someone for not taking care of a child that you could really of cared less about. As she handed them over to butler county children services her exact words were “He’s your problem now”
Trust you me I will be around to see that these horrible monster’s never see the light of day I was their for the court hearings and I will be their for the parole hearings.
Marcus you have touched my life, I just wish this community could of been their for you in life as much as we have been their in your tragic death.
Rest in Peace little Buddy, I will see you on the other side.
