Alleged Kidnapping, No Amber Alert, No News Coverage
The poster released today from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children states the following regarding the disappearance of 15-year-old Donna Gonzalez:

She was abducted by Bernardino Hernandez on March 31, 2007. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on March 31, 2007. They may travel to Florida in a white 1992 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Texas license plates 80WJY4. [Source]
Authorities know the name of the suspect, they have a picture of the suspect as well as a complete description of the vehicle. Authorities believe a non-family type abduction occurred because they have issued a felony warrant for kidnapping. However, there is no Amber Alert issued and there is no news coverage on the story. I searched the internet this morning for anything regarding this story and I found nothing.
I don’t understand what the ‘magic’ formula is for issuing an amber alert or covering a missing person’s story in the Main Stream Media.

Donna was abducted from Buffalo, Texas by 20-year-old Bernardino Hernandez. I suppose Bernardino could be Donna’s boyfriend, but if that is the case why would police issue a felony kidnapping warrant? Why isn’t this story being written about even in the local Buffalo, Texas media?
If you have information regarding the whereabouts of 15-year-old Donna Gonzalez contact the Buffalo, Texas Police Department at 1-903-536-2749.
