- Amber Alert Issued for: Ohio – Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Hocking, Licking, Madison, Muskingum, Perry, Pickaway, Union Counties.
- Victim 1: Kayla White
- Kayla White is a two-month-old White female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 1 foot 8 inches long and weighs 13lbs.
- Victim 2: Victoria Knight
- Victoria is an 18-year-old standing 5’5″ tall and weighing 124lbs.
- Suspect 1: Thomas C. Griffin
- Thomas Griffin is a 20-year-old Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’6″ tall and weighs 216lbs. believed to be armed and dangerous.
- Suspect Vehicle 1
- Older model white Buick with Ohio license plate No. EGN 3491
- Suspect Vehicle 2
- Dodge, unknown make, model, year, plates
- Circumstances
- Victoria Knight and her daughter Kayla White were last seen at approximately 1:30a.m. at an apartment building on Heritage Drive in Whitehall, Ohio on Tuesday, November 11. Police believe Thomas C. Griffin is involved and they are looking for him. Thomas Griffin is considered armed and dangerous.

- The AMBER Alert was deactivated a little after 8a.m. when Victoria Knight and Kayla White were located unharmed at another apartment building in Columbus; Thomas Griffin was with them. Police say the details of the abduction are sketchy and it may have been a misunderstanding. They will continue to investigate.
It is hard to tell if police jumped the gun by activating the AMBER Alert or if family members might have escalated the details to cause police to become concerned enough to activate the alert.
