Circumstances:
The four Riggs siblings have been in foster care for an unspecified length of time. Their mother, Shirley Riggs picked them up on Friday evening for a rare unsupervised overnight visit at the home of her mother. The children were to be returned by Saturday afternoon and that did not happen. Police now believe the children are in imminent danger of harm so an Amber Alert was issued.
Shirley Riggs' mother claims her daughter would never harm her children and that she always thinks of them ahead of herself. She claims the only problem her daughter may run into is not having money.
