This is so wrong
Tonight's blog entry is regarding charges leveled today against thirty-seven-year-old Rafael Vasquez Garcia. The charges stem from a relationship he was having for a year with an 11-year-old girl. It wasn't until Vasquez Garcia ran off with the girl that the relationship was revealed to authorities.

A judge in Southern California today found a man guilty of sexually assaulting a ten-year-old girl in her own home. The Judge, Andrew C. Kauffman of the Torrance Superior Court, called the man a danger to all children and went on to say "It's because of your lack of judgment and self-control that you are a danger to all children".
Judge Kauffman then promptly proceeded to sentence the piece of scum to a whopping six years in state prison. The maximum sentence he could have received, and the Deputy District Attorney asked for was eight years. The Deputy District Attorney made it a point to tell the judge that Mr. Martinez has taken no responsibility for his actions; has shown no remorse for what he did to the girl. The defense attorney asked for a three year sentence for his client since he had no prior criminal record.
